- 2 TABLESPOONS PARSLEY FLAKES
- 1 TABLESPOON DRIED GRATED LEMON PEEL
- 1 TABLESPOON CELERY SEED
- 1 TABLESPOON SAVORY SALT
- 1 TABLESPOON THYME
- 1 TABLESPOON MARJORAM
- 1 TEASPOON ONION SALT
- 1 CRUSHED BAY LEAF
- 1 TEASPOON MSG, IF DESIRED
Instructions
- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A SMALL BOWL AND MIX WELL. PLACE INGREDIENTS IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER OR JAR AND STORE IN A COOL DRY PLACE.
- USE WITHIN 6 MONTHS. MAKES ABOUT 1/3 CUP OF MIX.
- GIFT TAG INSTRUCTION:ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS;1 TABLESPOON SEAFOOD COATING MIX1/2 CUP FLOUR OR DRY BREAD CRUMBSFISH FILLETS OR SEAFOODBUTTER OR VEGETABLE OIL FOR FRYING
- COMBINE SEAFOOD MIX AND FLOUR OR BREAD CRUMBS IN A PIE PLATE OR A SHALLOW DISH. COAT FISH FILLETS OR ANY SEAFOOD WITH MIXTURE. ADD BUTTER OR VEGETABLE OIL INTO A LARGE FRY PAN AND FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN, OR PREHEAT OIL IN A DEEP FRYER TO 375° AND FRY 3 TO 5 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN.
