    • 2 CUPS FINE DRY BREAD CRUMBS
    • 1/3 CUP INSTANT MINCED ONION
    • 1 TABLESPOON PARSLEY FLAKES
    • 1 TABLESPOON SEASONED SALT
    • 1 TEASPOON SALT
    • 1/2 TEASPOON PEPPER
    • 1 1/2 TEASPOON MSG, IF DESIRED
    • 1 TEASPOON ITALIAN SEASONINGS


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL. STORE IN A 1 QUART AIRTIGHT CONTAINER OR JAR AND LABEL. STORE IN A COOL DRY PLACE. USE WITHIN 6 MONTHS
    2. MAKES ABOUT 2 1/2 CUPS OF MIX.
    3. USE FOR PORK CHOPS, CHICKEN, FISH, CUBE STEAKS, FRESH VEGETABLES, MEATLOAF AND SALMON LOAF
