2 3/4 CUPS FLOUR
1/4 TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
2 TEASPOONS CREAM OF TARTAR
1 1/2 CUPS SUGAR
Instructions
IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE ALL THE INGREDIENTS WITH A WHISK. STORE THE MIX IN AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER OR A WIDE MOUTH MASON JAR.
ATTACH THE PREPARATION CARD TO JAR WITH THE FOLLOWING:
1 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE, SOFTENED
2 EGGS
1 PACKAGE SNICKERDOODLE MIX
1/2 CUP SUGAR
1 TABLELSPOON CINNAMON
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
IN A LARGE BOWL OF AN ELECTRIC MIXER, CREAM THE BUTTER UNTIL LIGHT, ADD THE EGGS AND BEAT ON LOW SPEED UNTIL THE MIXTURE IS SMOOTH. ADD THE SNICKERDOODLE MIX AND CONTINUE TO BEAT ON LOW SPEED UNTIL THE DOUGH BEGINS TO FORM.
COMBINE SUGAR AND CINNAMON IN A SMALL BOWL AND SET ASIDE.
SHAPE THE DOUGH INTO 1" BALLS AND ROLL IN THE CINNAMON/SUGAR BLEND. ARRANGE ON UNGREASED BAKING SHEETS 2" APART AND BAKE FOR 16 TO 19 MINUTES OR UNTIL LIGHT TAN IN COLOR. TRANSFER TO A WIRE RACK TO COOL
