    List of Ingredients


    • 1 CUP UNCOOKED FINE EGG NOODLES
    • 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS CHICKEN FLAVORED BOUILLON GRANULES
    • 1/2 TEASPOON GROUND BLACK PEPPER
    • 1/4 TEASPOON DRIED THYME
    • 1/8 TEASPOON CELERY SEEDS
    • 1/8 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
    • 1 BAY LEAF


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS WELL IN A BOWL AND POUR INTO AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER OR JAR. LABEL AND STORE IN A DRY COOL PLACE.
    2. GIFT TAG:

      1 PACKAGE TURKEY NOODLE SOUP MIX
      8 CUPS WATER
      2 CARROTS, SLICED
      2 STALKS CELERY, SLICED
      1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONION
      3 CUPS COOKED DICED TURKEY
      1/2 CUP SLICED LEEKS

      COMBINE THE MIX AND THE WATER IN A LARGE STOCKPOT. ADD THE CARROTS, CELERY, LEEKS AND ONION AND BRING TO A BOIL. COVER AND REDUCE THE HEAT TO A SIMMER. SIMMER FOR 15 MINUTES. DISCARD THE BAY LEAF. STIR IN THE TURKEY AND SIMMER AND ADDITIONAL 5 MINUTES.
