TURKEY NOODLE SOUP MIX
List of Ingredients
- 1 CUP UNCOOKED FINE EGG NOODLES
- 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS CHICKEN FLAVORED BOUILLON GRANULES
- 1/2 TEASPOON GROUND BLACK PEPPER
- 1/4 TEASPOON DRIED THYME
- 1/8 TEASPOON CELERY SEEDS
- 1/8 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
- 1 BAY LEAF
Instructions
- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS WELL IN A BOWL AND POUR INTO AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER OR JAR. LABEL AND STORE IN A DRY COOL PLACE.

8 CUPS WATER
2 CARROTS, SLICED
2 STALKS CELERY, SLICED
1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONION
3 CUPS COOKED DICED TURKEY
1/2 CUP SLICED LEEKS
COMBINE THE MIX AND THE WATER IN A LARGE STOCKPOT. ADD THE CARROTS, CELERY, LEEKS AND ONION AND BRING TO A BOIL. COVER AND REDUCE THE HEAT TO A SIMMER. SIMMER FOR 15 MINUTES. DISCARD THE BAY LEAF. STIR IN THE TURKEY AND SIMMER AND ADDITIONAL 5 MINUTES.
