    List of Ingredients


    • 2 CUPS FLOUR
    • 2 TABLESPOONS SALT
    • 1/2 TEASPOON GROUND WHITE PEPPER
    • 2 CUPS BUTTER OR MARGARINE, SOFTENED


    Instructions


    1. LINE 2 BAKING SHEETS WITH WAXED PAPER, SET ASIDE.
    2. COMBINE FLOUR, SALT AND WHITE PEPPER IN A SIFTER. SIFT INTO A LARGE BOWL.
    3. BEAT BUTTER OR MARGARINE UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY, ADD THE DRY MIX AND BEAT UNTIL TOTALLY BLENDED.
    4. DROP BY HEAPING TABLESPOONS ONTO PREPARED BAKING SHEETS. ( OR IF YOU HAVE A SMALL ICE CREAM SCOOP YOU CAN USE THAT, THEY COME OUT NICE AND ROUND)
    5. PLACE IN FREEZER, UNTIL BUTTER BALLS ARE FROZEN. REMOVE FROZEN BALLS FROM BAKING SHEETS.
    6. PLACE IN A CONTAINER WITH A TIGHT FITTING LID AND FREEZE. LABEL CONTAINER.
    7. MAKES 28 BUTTER BALLS
    8. USE THIS IN ANY SAUCE
