WHITE SAUCE BUTTER BALLS

- 2 CUPS FLOUR
- 2 TABLESPOONS SALT
- 1/2 TEASPOON GROUND WHITE PEPPER
- 2 CUPS BUTTER OR MARGARINE, SOFTENED
Instructions
- LINE 2 BAKING SHEETS WITH WAXED PAPER, SET ASIDE.
- COMBINE FLOUR, SALT AND WHITE PEPPER IN A SIFTER. SIFT INTO A LARGE BOWL.
- BEAT BUTTER OR MARGARINE UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY, ADD THE DRY MIX AND BEAT UNTIL TOTALLY BLENDED.
- DROP BY HEAPING TABLESPOONS ONTO PREPARED BAKING SHEETS. ( OR IF YOU HAVE A SMALL ICE CREAM SCOOP YOU CAN USE THAT, THEY COME OUT NICE AND ROUND)
- PLACE IN FREEZER, UNTIL BUTTER BALLS ARE FROZEN. REMOVE FROZEN BALLS FROM BAKING SHEETS.
- PLACE IN A CONTAINER WITH A TIGHT FITTING LID AND FREEZE. LABEL CONTAINER.
- MAKES 28 BUTTER BALLS
- USE THIS IN ANY SAUCE
