CHEESE STUFFED FLANK STEAK

- 2 POUNDS FLANK STEAK
- OIL AND VINEGAR
- 1 MEDIUM ONION, THINLY SLICED
- 1/4 POUND MOZZARELLA CHEESE
- 1/2 CUP RICOTTA CHEESE
- SALT, PEPPER AND GARLIC POWDER TO TASTE
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
- MARINATE THE FLANK STEAK OVERNIGHT IN A MIXTURE OF 3 PARTS OIL TO 1 PART VINEGAR.
- WHEN READY TO USE, MAKE SURE YOUR OVEN IS PREHEATED.
- LAY THE STEAK FLAT AND SPREAD WITH A LAYER OF ONION SLICES, A LAYER OF MOZZARELLA AND A LAYER OF RICOTTA. SESON AND ROLL. SKEWER OR TIE WITH BUTCHER'S STRING THE ENDS TOGETHER AND BAKE 1 HOUR.
