    • 2 POUNDS FLANK STEAK
    • OIL AND VINEGAR
    • 1 MEDIUM ONION, THINLY SLICED
    • 1/4 POUND MOZZARELLA CHEESE
    • 1/2 CUP RICOTTA CHEESE
    • SALT, PEPPER AND GARLIC POWDER TO TASTE


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
    2. MARINATE THE FLANK STEAK OVERNIGHT IN A MIXTURE OF 3 PARTS OIL TO 1 PART VINEGAR.
    3. WHEN READY TO USE, MAKE SURE YOUR OVEN IS PREHEATED.
    4. LAY THE STEAK FLAT AND SPREAD WITH A LAYER OF ONION SLICES, A LAYER OF MOZZARELLA AND A LAYER OF RICOTTA. SESON AND ROLL. SKEWER OR TIE WITH BUTCHER'S STRING THE ENDS TOGETHER AND BAKE 1 HOUR.
