    EASY SALISBURY STEAKS


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 LB GROUND BEEF
    • 1/3 CUP PEPPERIDGE FARM HERB SEASONED STUFFING MIX CRUSHED
    • 2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED ONION
    • 1 BEATEN EGG
    • 1 TABLESLPOON VEGETABLE OIL
    • 12 OUNCE JAR PEPPERIDGE FARM HEARTY BEEF GRAVY
    • 4 1/2 OUNCE SLICED MUSHROOMS DRAINED
    • 4 CUPS HOT MASHED POTATOES


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE BEEF, STUFFING, ONION AND EGG THOROUGHLY. SHAPE FIRMLY INTO 4 PATTIES, 1/2" THICK.
    2. IN A SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT, ADD 1 TABLESPOON VEGETABLE OIL. ADD PATTIES AND COOK 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL BROWNED . REMOVE FROM PAN AND SET PATTIES ASIDE AND POUR OFF FAT.
    3. ADD GRAVY AND MUSHROOM TO SKILLET AND HEAT TO A BOIL. RETURN PATTIES TO PAN.
    4. REDUCE HEAT TO LOW. COVER AND COOK 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL PATTIES ARE NO LONGER PINK ( 160°).
    5. SERVE WITH MASHED POTATOES.
    6. 4 SERVINGS
