HERB SEASONED MEATLOAF
List of Ingredients
- 2 LBS GROUND BEEF
- 1 1/2 CUPS PEPPERIDGE FARMS HERBED STUFFING
- 2 BEATEN EGGS
- 1 MEDIUM ONION FINELY CHOPPED 1/2 CUP
- 1/2 CUP KETCHUP
- 1 TABLESLPOON WORCESTERSHIRE, OPTIONAL
- 12 OUNCE PEPPERIDGE FARMS HEARTY BEEF GRAVY
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
- COMBINE BEEF, STUFFING, EGGS, ONIONS, KETCHUP AND WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE IF USING, MIXING THOROUGHLY.
- SHAPE FIRMLY INTO 2 ( 6 1/2 X 4" LOAVES OR 1 LARGE LOAF. PLACE IN LOAF PANS.
- BAKE FOR 1 HOUR OR UNTIL MEATLOAVES ARE DONE ( 160° ).
- IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN WARM UP GRAVY. SERVE GRAVY OVER MEATLOAF, GARNISH WITH SLICED GREEN ONIONS.
