    I LOVE ITALIAN FOOD AND THIS IS ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVORITES.


    List of Ingredients


    • 8 OUNCE CUBED CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
    • 3/4 CUPS GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
    • 1 STICK OF SOFTENED BUTTER
    • 1/2 CUP OF LIGHT CREAM OR HEAVY CREAM
    • 8 OUNCES COOKED AND DRAINED FETTUCCINE
    • PINCH OF NUTMEG ( OPTIONAL )


    Instructions


    1. IN A LARGE POT, STIR TOGETHER THE CREAM CHEESE, PARMESAN CHEESE, BUTTER AND CREAM.
    2. HEAT SLOWLY STIRRING UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAM CHEESE IS MELTED.
    3. POUR OVER COOKED FETTUCCINE AND TOSS UNTIL WELL COVERED.
    4. SERVE WITH A NICE SALAD AND A LOAF OF GARLIC TOASTED BREAD
