    2. DIVIDE INTO FOUR BALLS, ROLL DOUGH OUT VERY THINLY. LAY PIECES OF NOODLES ON A CLOTH OR A PASTA DRYING RACK TILL DRIED. LAYER NOODLES AND CUT INTO DESIRED SIZE. YOU CAN USE A PASTA CUTTER.
