- 6 TABLESPOONS WATER
- 3 CUPS FLOUR, APPROXIMATELY
- PINCH OF SALT
Instructions
- BEAT EGG YOLKS AND WATER FOR A FEW MINUTES. ADD FLOUR AND SALT TO MAKE A STIFF DOUGH.
- DIVIDE INTO FOUR BALLS, ROLL DOUGH OUT VERY THINLY. LAY PIECES OF NOODLES ON A CLOTH OR A PASTA DRYING RACK TILL DRIED. LAYER NOODLES AND CUT INTO DESIRED SIZE. YOU CAN USE A PASTA CUTTER.
