    List of Ingredients


    • 1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL
    • 3 TO 6 GARLIC CLOVES MINCED OR TO YOUR TASTE
    • 1 MEDIUM ONION, CHOPPED
    • 1/2 CUP DRY WHITE WINE
    • OREGANO, BASIL, ROSEMARY, PARSLEY, PEPPER, PAPRIKA TO TASTE
    • 1/2 POUND SLICED MUSHROOMS
    • 1 POUND BACON, CHOPPED
    • 2 ( 10 OUNCE CANS) CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
    • 1 ( 10 OUNCE CAN) SLICES MUSHROOMS
    • 1 CUP WHIPPING CREAM
    • 1 LARGE ( 2 POUND PACKAGE) CHEESE TORTELLINI
    • 1 CUP PEAS, CANNED OR FROZEN


    Instructions


    1. HEAT OLIVE OIL IN A LARGE FRYING PAN. ADD GARLIC AND ONION AND SAUTE UNTIL SOFTENED. ADD WHITE WINE, AND SEASONINGS TO TASTE.
    2. ADD MUSHROOMS AND BACON AND COOK ON HIGH UNTIL COOKED THROUGH.
    3. IN A SAUCEPAN MIX MUSHROOM SOUP AND CANNED MUSHROOMS UNTIL HOT. STIR IN CREAM AND HEAT THROUGH.
    4. COOK TORTELLINI IN A LARGE SOUP POT ( SLIGHTLY UNDER COOK). DRAIN AND RETURN TORTELLINI TO THE POT. ADD THE SOUP MIXTURE AND THE BACON MIXTURE TO THE POT ALONG WITH THE PEAS. HEAT FOR 10 MINUTES.
    5. 8 TO 12 SERVINGS
    6. YOU CAN 1/2 THE RECIPE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO MAKE THIS MUCH.
