    List of Ingredients


    • 1 CUP NONFAT RICOTTA CHEESE
    • 2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED FRESH BASIL
    • 1/8 TEASPOON RED PEPPER FLAKES
    • 1 CUP MARINARA SAUCE
    • 2 NO-BAKE LASAGNA NOODLES
    • 1 TABLESPOON GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
    • 1 WHOLE HEAD GARLIC
    • 2 OUNCES ITALIAN BREAD


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 450°.
    2. STIR RICOTTA, BASIL AND PEPPER FLAKES IN BOWL.
    3. SPREAD 1/3 CUP MARINARA OVER BOTTOM OF AN 8 1/2 X 4 1/2" LOAF PAN. TOP WITH 1 NOODLE. SPREAD HALF OF THE RICOTTA MIXTURE ON NOODLE. TOP WITH ANOTHER NOODLE, 1/3 CUP MARINARA AND REMAINING RICOTTA MIXTURE. SPREAD 1/3 CUP MARINARA ON TOP AND SPRINKLE WITH PARMESAN.
    4. PLACE GARLIC IN A SMALL OVENPROOF DISH. BAKE GARLIC AND PASTA IN OVEN FOR 25 MINUTES. LET STAND 15 MINUTES. SERVE EACH PORTION WITH 1 OUNCE TOASTED ITALIAN BREAD THAT WAS SPREAD WITH GARLIC PULP TO TASTE.
