    List of Ingredients


    • 1 TABLESPOON CORNSTARCH
    • 1 TABLESPOON COLD WATER
    • 1 ( 21 OUNCE CAN ) CHERRY PIE FILLING
    • 1 9" GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST
    • TOPPING:
    • 1/3 CUP FLOUR
    • 1/3 QUICK COOKING OATS
    • 2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
    • 2 TABLESPOONS BROWN SUGAR
    • 3 TABLESPOONS COLD BUTTER


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375°.
    2. IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE CORNSTARCH AND WATER UNTIL SMOOTH. STIR IN PIE FILLING. POUR INTO CRUST. SET ASIDE.
    3. IN ANOTHER BOWL, COMBINE FLOUR, OATS, SUGAR AND BROWN SUGAR, CUT IN BUTTER UNTIL CRUMBLY. SPRINKLE OVER PIE FILLING.
    4. BAKE 35 TO 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL CRUST IS GOLDEN BROWN AND FILLING IS BUBBLY. COOL ON A WIRE RACK THEN REFRIGERATE UNTIL CHILLED
