    • 1 1/2 CUPS ( 12 OUNCES ) CARNATION EVAPORATED MILK
    • 2 LARGE EGG YOLKS
    • 2 CUPS ( 12 OUONCES ) NESTLE TOLL HOUSE SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
    • WHIPPED CREAM
    • CHOPPED NUTS


    Instructions


    1. BEAT TOGETHER EVAPORATED MILK AND EGG YOLKS IN A MEDIUM SAUCE PAN. HEAT OVER MEDIUM LOW HEAT, STIRRING CONSTANTLY, UNTIL MIXTURE IS VERY HOT AND THICKENS SLIGHTLY, DO NOT BOIL.
    2. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS UNTIL COMPLETELY MELTED AND MIXTURE IS SMOOTH.
    3. POUR INTO CRUST AND REFRIGERATE FOR 3 HOURS OR UNTIL FIRM. TOP WITH WHIPPED CREAM BEFORE SERVING AND SPRINKLE WITH NUTS.
