    CREAMY KEY LIME PIE

    I DON'T QUITE REMEMBER WHERE I FOUND THIS RECIPE, I HAVE HAD IT FOR A LONG TIME. THIS IS A VERY SIMPLE AND QUICK VERSION OF KEY LIME PIE, WHICH I LOVE.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 ( 9") BAKED PIE CRUST
    • 1 ( 8 OZ ) PACKAGE OF SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
    • 1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM
    • 1 ( 14 OZ ) CAN OF SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
    • 1/2 CUP LIME JUICE
    • 1 LIME ( SLICED) FOR GARNISHING


    Instructions


    1. IN A MIXER BOWL, BEAT CREAM CHEESE UNTIL SMOOTH. BLEND IN THE SOUR CREAM. ADD SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK AND LIME JUICE AND BLEND IN WELL.
    2. POUR THE MIXTURE INTO PIE CRUST AND REFRIGERATE FOR APPROXIMATELY 1 TO 2 HOURS.
    3. GARNISH WITH THINLY TWISTED SLICES OF LIME
