    List of Ingredients


    • 3 EGG YOLKS
    • 1 ( 14 OUNCE CAN ) EAGLE BRAND SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
    • 1/2 CUP REALEMON LEMON JUICE FROM CONCENTRATE
    • 2 TO 3 DROPS YOLLOW FOOD COLORING, OPTIONAL
    • 1 ( 8 OR 9" ) BAKED PASTRY SHELL OR GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMB CRUST
    • WHIPPED TOPPING THAWED OR FRESH WHIPPED CREAM


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 325°.
    2. BEAT EGG YOLKS IN A MEDIUM SIZE BOWL WITH AN ELECTRIC MIXER, GRADUALLY BEAT IN SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK AND LEMON JUICE CONCENTRATE, STIR IN FOOD COLORING IF DESIRED. POUR INTO PASTRY SHELL OR CRUMB CRUST.
    3. BAKE 30 TO 35 MINUTES OR UNTIL SET. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND COOL ON A WIRE RACK FOR 1 HOUR. CHILL IN REFRIGERATOR FOR AT LEAST 3 HOURS OR OVER NIGHT.
    4. BEFORE SERVING, SPREAD WHIPPED TOPPING OR FRESH WHIPPED CREAM OVER PIE. STORE ANY LEFTOVERS COVERED IN REFRIGERATOR.

    DECORATE WITH THINLY SLICED LEMONS WHICH ARE CUT TO CENTER AND TWISTED.
