    DECADENT BROWNIE PIE

    THIS IS A NEW TWIST ON THE CLASSIC BROWNIE, EXCEPT IT'S A PIE. THIS RECIPES COMES FROM THE EAGLE BRAND CREAMY CHOCOLATE SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 UNBAKED 9" PIE SHELL
    • 1 CUP SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
    • 1/4 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE
    • 1 ( 14 OUNCE CAN) EAGLE BRAND CREAMY CHOCOLATE SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
    • 1/2 CUP BISQUICK BAKING MIX OR ANY BISCUIT BAKING MIX
    • 2 EGGS
    • 1 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACRT
    • 1 CUP CHOPPED NUTS, YOUR CHOICE
    • VANILLA ICE CREAM


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375°. BAKE PIE SHELL FOR 10 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND REDUCE OVEN TEMPERATURE TO 325°.
    2. IN A SAUCEPAN, OVER LOW HEAT, MELT CHIPS WITH MARGARINE.
    3. IN A MIXER BOWL, BEAT CHOCOLATE MIXTURE WITH EAGLE BRAND CHOCOLATE SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK, BISCUIT MIX, EGGS AND VANILLA UNTIL SMOOTH. ADD NUTS.
    4. POUR BATTER INTO PIE SHELL AND BAKE 35 TO 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL CENTER IS SET. SERVE WARM OR AT ROOM TEMPERATURE WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM. REFRIGERATE ANY LEFTOVERS.
    5. NOTE: YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE THE CREAMY CHOCOLATE SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK FOR THE ORIGINAL EAGLE BRAND SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK, IF YOU CAN'T FIND IT.
