    FROZEN COCONUT PIE


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 ( 3 OUNCE) SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
    • 2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
    • 1/2 CUP MILK
    • 1/4 TEASPOON VANILLA OR ALMOND EXTRACT
    • 1 CUP FLAKED COCONUT
    • 1 ( 8 OUNCE CARTON) FROZEN WHIPPED TOPING, THAWED
    • 1 ( 9") GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST


    Instructions


    1. IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, BEAT CREAM CHEESE AND SUGAR UNTIL SMOOTH. GRADUALLY BEAT IN MILK AND EXTRACT. FOLD IN COCONUT AND WHIPPED TOPPING.

    2. SPOON INTO CRUST. PLACE PLASTIC COVER ON TOP AND FREEZE FOR AT LEAST 4 HOURS OR OVER NIGHT.

    3. JUST BEFORE SERVING, REMOVE FROM FREEZER AND LET SIT AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES, OR SERVE STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER AS A FROZEN DESSERT.

    4. DRIZZLE TOP WITH SOME CHOCOLATE OR HOT FUDGE SYRUP.
