LEMONY AFTERNOON DELIGHT
THIS IS A VERY REFRESHING DESSERT TO SERVE ON A HOT DAY OR ANYTIME. DON'T KNOW WHERE I GOT THIS RECIPE FROM, ALL I KNOW IS THAT IT IS DELICIOUS.
List of Ingredients
- 8 OUNCES CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
- 1/2 CUP HELLMANNS REAL MAYONNAISE
- 1/2 CUP SUGAR
- 3 EGGS
- 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
- 2 TEASPOONS LEMON RIND, GRATED
- 1 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE
- 1 GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST
Instructions
- IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL BEAT AT MEDIUM SPEED THE CREAM CHEESE AND MAYONNAISE UNTIL SMOOTH, GRADUALLY BEAT IN SUGAR. BEAT IN EGGS, ONE AT A TIME, BEAT IN LEMON RIND, LEMON JUICE AND VANILLA.
- POUR INTO PIE CRUST AND PLACE ON A COOKIE SHEET.
- BAKE IN A PREHEATED 350° OVEN FOR APPROXIMATELY 30 TO 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL SET. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND COOL.
- REFRIGERATE FOR 4 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.
