    PUMPKIN PIE IS NOT ONLY FOR THE HOLIDAYS. YOU CAN SERVE IT ANYTIME. I LOVE PUMPKIN PIE AND THIS ONE IS VERY DELICIOUS AND TASTY.


    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR
    • 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
    • 3/4 TEASPOONS CINNAMON
    • 1/2 TEASPOON GINGER (OPTIONAL)
    • 1/2 TEASPOON NUTMEG
    • 1/4 TEASPOON ALL SPICE
    • 2 CUPS PUMPKIN PUREE
    • 1 1/4 CUPS EVAPORATED SKIM MILK OR FAT FREE
    • 3/4 CUP EGG WHITES, WHIPPED
    • 2 1/2 TEASPOONS VANILLA
    • 1 FROZEN DEEP DISH PIE CRUST


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375°
    2. IN A MIXING BOWL, COMBINE BROWN SUGAR, REGULAR SUGAR, CINNAMON, GINGER, NUTMEG, AND ALLSPICE.MIX WELL WITH A WHISK.
    3. IN ANOTHER MIXING BOWL, COMBINE PUMPKIN, MILK, EGG WHITES AND VANILLA.MIX TO COMBINE WET INGREDIENTS.
    4. MIX DRY INGREDIENTS WITH WET INGREDIENTS JUST UNTIL BLENDED.
    5. POUR INTO PREPARED PIE CRUST
    6. BAKE FOR 50 TO 60 MINUTES OR UNTIL CRUST IS BROWNED AND THE FILLING IS SET IN THE CENTER WHEN JIGGLED OR THE POINT OF A KNIFE INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
