List of Ingredients
- 3/4 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR
- 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
- 3/4 TEASPOONS CINNAMON
- 1/2 TEASPOON GINGER (OPTIONAL)
- 1/2 TEASPOON NUTMEG
- 1/4 TEASPOON ALL SPICE
- 2 CUPS PUMPKIN PUREE
- 1 1/4 CUPS EVAPORATED SKIM MILK OR FAT FREE
- 3/4 CUP EGG WHITES, WHIPPED
- 2 1/2 TEASPOONS VANILLA
- 1 FROZEN DEEP DISH PIE CRUST
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 375°
- IN A MIXING BOWL, COMBINE BROWN SUGAR, REGULAR SUGAR, CINNAMON, GINGER, NUTMEG, AND ALLSPICE.MIX WELL WITH A WHISK.
- IN ANOTHER MIXING BOWL, COMBINE PUMPKIN, MILK, EGG WHITES AND VANILLA.MIX TO COMBINE WET INGREDIENTS.
- MIX DRY INGREDIENTS WITH WET INGREDIENTS JUST UNTIL BLENDED.
- POUR INTO PREPARED PIE CRUST
- BAKE FOR 50 TO 60 MINUTES OR UNTIL CRUST IS BROWNED AND THE FILLING IS SET IN THE CENTER WHEN JIGGLED OR THE POINT OF A KNIFE INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
