    List of Ingredients


    • 1 LOAF RHODES BREAD DOUGH
    • 3/4 CUPS PIZZA SAUCE
    • TOPPINGS:
    • PEPPERONI
    • BROWNED ITALIAN SAUSAGE
    • MEATBALLS
    • SLICED GREEN PEPPERS
    • SLICED MUSHROOMS
    • SLICED RED ONIONS
    • SLICED OLIVES
    • SLICED TOMATOES
    • 2 CUPS GRATED MOZZARELLA CHEESE


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400°. LIGHTLY SPRAY A 12" DEEP DISH PIZA PAN.
    2. PRESS DOUGH INTO A BALL. ROLL ON A LIGHTLY FLOURED SURFACE INTO A 14" CIRCLE. PLACE IN PREPARED PIZZA PAN. LET RISE FOR 30 MINUTES. PREBAKE CRUST FOR 10 MINUTES.
    3. REDUCE OVEN TEMPERATURE TO 350°.
    4. SPREAD THE PIZZA SAUCE OVER CRUST. ADD DESIRED TOPPINGS AND TOP WITH MOZZARELLA CHEESE. BAKE FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED AND BUBBLY.
    5. VARIATION:

      WHITE PIE

      INSTEAD OF USING PIZZA SAUCE, YOU CAN MAKE A WHITE PIE, USING RICOTTA CHEESE, SPRINLE WITH SOME ITALIAN SEASONINGS AND SPRINKLED WITH MOZZARELLA CHEESE. ( THIS IS MY FAVORITE PIE)
