- 1/4 CUP MINI-SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- 1/4 CUP CHOPED PECANS
- 1/4 CUP MARASCHINO CHERRIES CHOPPED
- 3 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
- 3 TABLESPOONS HEAVY CREAM
- WHOLE MARASCHINO CHERRIES FOR TOPPING
Instructions
- IN A MIXING BOWL, BEAT RICOTTA CHEESE UNTIL SMOOTH. STIR IN THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS, PECANS, CHERRIES, SUGAR AND HEAVY CREAM.
- SPOON INTO DESSERT DISHES. REFRIGERATE UNTIL READY TO SERV. GARNISH WITH WHOLE MARASCHINO CHERRIES.
- YOU CAN PIPE THIS FILLING INTO CANNOLI SHELLS ALSO.
