    • 1/4 CUP MINI-SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
    • 1/4 CUP CHOPED PECANS
    • 1/4 CUP MARASCHINO CHERRIES CHOPPED
    • 3 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
    • 3 TABLESPOONS HEAVY CREAM
    • WHOLE MARASCHINO CHERRIES FOR TOPPING


    Instructions


    1. IN A MIXING BOWL, BEAT RICOTTA CHEESE UNTIL SMOOTH. STIR IN THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS, PECANS, CHERRIES, SUGAR AND HEAVY CREAM.
    2. SPOON INTO DESSERT DISHES. REFRIGERATE UNTIL READY TO SERV. GARNISH WITH WHOLE MARASCHINO CHERRIES.
    3. YOU CAN PIPE THIS FILLING INTO CANNOLI SHELLS ALSO.
