    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 POUND BACON ( APPROXIMATELY 12 SLICES) FRIED AND CRUMBLED
    • 1 CUP SWISS CHEESE SHREDDED
    • 1/2 CUP ONION, FINELY CHOPPED
    • 2 CUPS MILK
    • 1/2 CUP BISQUICK BAKING MIX
    • 4 EGGS
    • 1/8 TEASPOON PEPPER
    • 1/4 TEASPOON SALT


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
    2. MIX BACON, CHEESE AND ONIONS TOGETHER AND SPRINKLE IN A GREASED 10" PIE PLATE.
    3. BEAT TOGETHER MILK, BISQUICK, EGGS, PEPPER AND SALT WITH A WHISK, POUR OVER BACON MIXTURE.
    4. BAKE FOR 50 TO 55 MINUTES OR UNTIL KNIFE INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
    5. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND PLACE ON WIRE RACK AND LET STAND 5 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
