BACON AND SWISS QUICHE
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 POUND BACON ( APPROXIMATELY 12 SLICES) FRIED AND CRUMBLED
- 1 CUP SWISS CHEESE SHREDDED
- 1/2 CUP ONION, FINELY CHOPPED
- 2 CUPS MILK
- 1/2 CUP BISQUICK BAKING MIX
- 4 EGGS
- 1/8 TEASPOON PEPPER
- 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
- MIX BACON, CHEESE AND ONIONS TOGETHER AND SPRINKLE IN A GREASED 10" PIE PLATE.
- BEAT TOGETHER MILK, BISQUICK, EGGS, PEPPER AND SALT WITH A WHISK, POUR OVER BACON MIXTURE.
- BAKE FOR 50 TO 55 MINUTES OR UNTIL KNIFE INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
- REMOVE FROM OVEN AND PLACE ON WIRE RACK AND LET STAND 5 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
