    List of Ingredients


    • 1 FROZEN 8" PIE SHELL
    • 1/2 SMALL ONION CHOPPED
    • 8 OUNCES CREAM CHEESE, CUT INTO SMALL PIECES
    • 1/4 POUND GRATED SWISS CHEESE
    • 5 LARGE EGGS
    • 1 CUP MILK OR HALF AND HALF
    • BROWNED SAUSAGE, BACON, HAM, SEAFOOD, ETC ( ENOUGH TO COVER THE BOTTOM IN A SINGLE LAYER


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 425°.
    2. SAUTE ONION IN BUTTER UNTIL TENDER.
    3. COVER THE BOTTOM OF THE PIE CRUST WITH CREAM CHEESE,ADD THE MEAT OF YOUR CHOICE AND SAUTEED ONION AND TOP WITH GRATED SWISS CHEESE.
    4. MIX THE MILK AND EGGS AND POUR OVER THE TOP OF INGREDIENTS.
    5. BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES, REDUCE OVEN TEMPERATURE TO 350° AND CONTINUE BAKING FOR AN ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES. LET REST BEFORE SERVING.
