CRUSTLESS SAUSAGE QUICHE
List of Ingredients
- 4 OUNCES SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 4 OUNCES SHREDDED SWISS CHEESE
- 1/3 SMALL CARTON OF SOUR CREAM
- 1/3 POUND OF MEDIUM BULK SAUSAGE
- 2 LARGE EGGS
- 1/3 CUP MILK OR HALF AND HALF
- 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
- 1/4 TO 1/2 TEASPOON DRY MUSTARD POWDER
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
- COOK AND DRAIN SAUSAGE WELL. COMBINE ALL REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL AND POUR INTO A DEEP DISH PIE PLATE. BAKE FOR 50 MINUTES OR UNTIL CENTER RISES 2" AND GETS BROWN.
- YOU CAN FREEZE THE UNBAKED MIXTURE AND THEN BAKE IN A 350° OVEN FOR 70 MINUTES TILL DONE.
