    CRUSTLESS SAUSAGE QUICHE


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 OUNCES SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
    • 4 OUNCES SHREDDED SWISS CHEESE
    • 1/3 SMALL CARTON OF SOUR CREAM
    • 1/3 POUND OF MEDIUM BULK SAUSAGE
    • 2 LARGE EGGS
    • 1/3 CUP MILK OR HALF AND HALF
    • 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
    • 1/4 TO 1/2 TEASPOON DRY MUSTARD POWDER


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
    2. COOK AND DRAIN SAUSAGE WELL. COMBINE ALL REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL AND POUR INTO A DEEP DISH PIE PLATE. BAKE FOR 50 MINUTES OR UNTIL CENTER RISES 2" AND GETS BROWN.
    3. YOU CAN FREEZE THE UNBAKED MIXTURE AND THEN BAKE IN A 350° OVEN FOR 70 MINUTES TILL DONE.
