    List of Ingredients


    • 1 FROZEN PIE CRUST
    • 1 CUP SLICED ONIONS
    • 4 STRIPS BACON, COOKED CRISP AND DRAINED
    • 1 CUP GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
    • 5 EGGS
    • 3/4 CUP HALF AND HALF
    • 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
    • 1/4 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
    • 1/8 OR PINCH OF GARLIC POWDER
    • 3 TO 4 PLUM TOMATOES, SLICED THICK
    • 1 TEASPOON ITALIAN SEASONING
    • 1 GREEN PEPPER, THINLY SLICED ( OPTIONAL)


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
    2. COOK BACON UNTIL CRISP, DRAIN AND CRUMBLE. SET ASIDE
    3. SPREAD SLICED ONIONS OVER PIE CRUST. TOP WITH CRUMBLED BACON,GREEN PEPPERS AND CHEESE.
    4. PLACE EGGS, HALF AND HALF, SALT PEPPER AND GARLIC POWDER IN BLENDER AND BLEND UNTIL WELL MIXED.
    5. POUR EGG MIXTURE OVER PIE INGREDIENTS. CAREFULLY ARRANGE TOMATO SLICES ON TOP AND SPRINKLE WITH HERBS.
    6. BAKE FOR 30 TO 40 MINUTES, OR UNTIL FILLING IS SET. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND COOL ON WIRE RACK FOR APPROXIMATELY 10 TO 15 MINUTES.
