    List of Ingredients


    • 1 FROZEN DEEP DISH PIE CRUST
    • 1 TABLESPOON DICED ONION
    • 3/4 CUP MILK3/4 CUP HALF AND HALF
    • 2 TABLESPOONS MELTED BUTTER
    • 4 EGGS
    • DASH OF CAYENNE PEPPER
    • 1 TABLESPOON FLOUR
    • 1 1/2 CUPS SLICED MUSHROOMS
    • 1 CUP DICED BROCCOLI
    • 3/4 CUPS EACH SHREDDED CHEDDAR AND MONTEREY JACK WITH JALAPENO CHEESE


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375°. BAKE PIE CRUST FOR 5 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN TO COOL.
    2. MIX TOGETHER MILK, HALF AND HALF, BUTTER, EGGS, PEPPER AND FLOUR, MIXING WELL.
    3. SPRINLE ONION ON BOTTOM OF PIE CRUST, LAYER WITH BROCCOLI, MUSHROOMS AND CHEESE. POUR MIXTURE ON TOP AND BAKE FOR 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL PUFFED AND SET. REMOVE FROM OVEN ONTO A WIRE RACK AND COOL FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE CUTTING.
