    BEER BREAD

    THIS IS ONE OF MY FAMILIES FAVORITE. IT IS DELICIOUS WHEN TOASTED AND BUTTERED.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 CUPS SELF RISING FLOUR
    • 1 CUP FLOUR
    • 3 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
    • 1 ( 12 OUNCE CAN) GOOD QUALITY WARM BEER
    • MELTED BUTTER TO BRUSH ON TOP


    Instructions


    1. MIX BOTH FLOURS AND SUGAR WELL WITH A WIRE WISK. ADD BEER IN MIXING WELL TO COMBINE BUT DO NOT BEAT.
    2. POUR INTO A GREASED LOAF PAN. BRUSH ENTIRE TOP OF DOUGH WITH BUTTER LETTING IT DRIZZLE DOWN THE SIDES.
    3. BAKE IN A PREHEATED 350° OVEN FOR 1 HOUR
    4. 1 DELICIOUS LOAF
