    THIS IS A MUCH SIMPLER RECIPE USING SELF RISING FLOUR.


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 CUPS SELF RISING FLOUR
    • 12 OUNCE CAN OR BOTTLE GOOD QUALITY BEER
    • 3 TABLESLPOONS SUGAR
    • MELTED BUTTER FOR TOP ABOUT 3 TABLESPOONS OR MORE IF YOU LIKE


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°. GREASE A LOAF PAN AND SET ASIDE.
    2. COMBINE THE FLOUR, SUGAR AND BEER, MIXING WELL TO INCORPORATE THE INGREDIENTS.
    3. POUR INTO PREPARED PAN AND POUR MELTED BUTTER OVER THE TOP.
    4. BAKE IN OVEN FOR 45 TO 50 MINUTES.
    5. 1 DELICIOUS LOAF
