PUMPKIN PRALINE TEA BREAD

- 1 1/2 CUPS SUGAR
- 1 1/2 CUPS LIGHT PACKED BROWN SUGAR
- 4 EGGSS
- 1 CUP SALAD OIL
- 1 POUND CAN PUMPKIN PUREE
- 3 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
- 1 TEASPOON BAKING OWDER
- 1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
- 2 TEASPOON SALT
- 1 TEASPOON EACH GROUND CLOVES, CINNAMON, NUTMEG AND ALLSPICE
- 2/3 CUP WATER
- 1 CUP CHOPPED PECANS
- 1 CUP RAISINS
Instructions
- COMBINE BOTH SUGARS, OIL AND EGGS, ADD PUNPKIN PUREE AND MIX WELL.
- SIFT FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, SALT, GROUND CLOVES, CINNAMON, NUTMEG AND ALLSPICE.
- ADD TO PUMPKIN MIXTURE, ADD WATER AND MIX WELL, ADD NUTS AND RAISINS AND BLEND.
- POUR INTO GREASED LOAF PANS AND BAKE APPROXIMATELY 35 TO 55 MINUTES OR UNTIL TESTER INSERTED INTO CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
