    List of Ingredients


    • 2 CUPS UNCOOKED LONG GRAIN RICE
    • 1 CUP CHOPPED CELERY
    • 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
    • 1/4 CUP BUTTER
    • 4 CUPS CHICKEN BROTH
    • 1 TEASPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
    • 1/2 TEASPOON SOY SAUCE
    • 1 TEASPOON DRIED OREGANO OR TO TASTE
    • 1 TEASPOON DRIED THYME OR TO TASTE


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 325°.
    2. IN A SKILLET, SAUTE RICE, CELERY AND ONION IN BUTTER UNTIL THE RICE IS LIGHTLY BROWNED AND THE VEGETABLES ARE TENDER.
    3. SPOON INTO A G REASED 2 QUART CASSEROLE.
    4. COMBINE BROTH, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, SOY SAUCE, OREGANO AND THYME. POUR OVER RICE MIXTURE.
    5. COVER AND BAKE FOR 50 MINUTES OR UNTIL RICE IS DONE.
    6. 8 SERVINGS
