List of Ingredients
- 2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED SCALLIONS OR SHALLOTS
- 1 TEASPOON MINCED GARLIC
- 1 CUP MAYONNAISE
- 3 TABLESPOONS BALSAMIC VINEGAR
- 2 TABLESPOONS FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 1 TEASPOON WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 2 TABLESPOONS EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
- 1/2 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER, OPTIONAL
- 1/8 TEASPOON PEPPER
- SALT TO TASTE
Instructions
- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A 2 CUP BOWL AND WHISK UNTIL SMOOTH. PLACE IN REFRIGERATOR COVERED FOR SEVERAL HOURS FOR INGREDIENTS TO BLEND WELL.
- MAKES ENOUGH FOR 8 TO 10 SERVINGS.
Final Comments
THIS IS ONE OF MY HUSBANDS FAVORITE DRESSING. IT IS DELICIOUS.
