    List of Ingredients


    • 2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED SCALLIONS OR SHALLOTS
    • 1 TEASPOON MINCED GARLIC
    • 1 CUP MAYONNAISE
    • 3 TABLESPOONS BALSAMIC VINEGAR
    • 2 TABLESPOONS FRESH LEMON JUICE
    • 1 TEASPOON WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
    • 2 TABLESPOONS EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
    • 1/2 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER, OPTIONAL
    • 1/8 TEASPOON PEPPER
    • SALT TO TASTE


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A 2 CUP BOWL AND WHISK UNTIL SMOOTH. PLACE IN REFRIGERATOR COVERED FOR SEVERAL HOURS FOR INGREDIENTS TO BLEND WELL.
    2. MAKES ENOUGH FOR 8 TO 10 SERVINGS.

    THIS IS ONE OF MY HUSBANDS FAVORITE DRESSING. IT IS DELICIOUS.
