List of Ingredients
- 1 CUP LOW FAT COTTAGE CHEESE
- 2/3 CUP LOW FAT PLAIN YOGURT
- 2 GREEN ONIONS, CHOPPED
- 1 TEASPOON DIJON MUSTARD
- 1/2 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
- 1/2 TEASPOON DRIED BASIL
- 1/4 TEASPOON DRIED OREGANO
- FRESHLY CRACKED BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
Instructions
- PROCESS COTTAGE CHEESE AND YOGURT IN A FOOD PROCESSOR OR BLENDER UNTIL SMOOTH. POUR INTO BOWL AND STIR IN ONIONS, MUSTARD, GARLIC POWDER, BASIL, OREGANO AND PEPPER. MIX THOROUGHLY TO COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS.
- COVER AND REFRIGERATE FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES SO THAT FLAVORS DEVELOP. KEEPS FOR UP TO ONE WEEK IN THE REFRIGERATOR. STIR WELL BEFORE SERVING. (1 2/3 CUPS)
