    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 CUP BUTTERMILK
    • 1/3 CUP CHOPPED FRESH DILL
    • 1/2 TEASPOON WHITE WINE VINEGAR
    • 1/4 TEASPOON DRY POWDER MUSTARD
    • 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
    • PINCH OF WHITE PEPPER
    • 2 CUPS THINLY SLICED CUCUMBERS, WITH OR WITHOUT SKINS


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE IN A BOWL BUTTERMILK, DILL, VINEGAR, MUSTARD, SALT AND WHITE PEPPER,MIXING WELL WITH A WIRE WHISK. COVER AND REFRIGERATE 2 TO 3 HOURS.
    2. WHEN READY TO SERVE, COMBINE CUCUMBERS WITH DRESSING IN A MEDIUM BOWL, TOSS TO MIX WELL.
    3. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
    4. APPROXIMATELY 4 SERVINGS
