    FRESH TOMATOES OFF THE VINE TOSSED WITH SOME BASIL, FRESH MOZZARELLA AND EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL MAKES FOR A WONDERFUL SUMMER SALAD. (DO NOT REFRIGERATE). THIS SALAD IS BEST WHEN SERVED AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 POUNDS FRESH RIPE TOMATOES, CUT INTO 1 1/2" CHUNKS
    • 8 OUNCE PACKAGE MOZZARAELLA CHEESE, CUT INTO 1/2" CHUNKS
    • 1 CUP LOOSELY PACKED FRESH CHOPPED BASIL LEAVES
    • 3 TABLESPOON EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
    • 3/4 TEASPOON SALT
    • 1/4 TEASPOON COARSELY GROUND BLACK PEPPER


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE IN A LARGE BOWL THE TOMATOES, MOZZARELLA, BASIL, OIL, SALT AND PEPPER TOSSING GENTLY UNTIL EVENLY BLENDED.
