    List of Ingredients


    • 1 ( 10 OUNCE ) REFRIGERATED PIZZA DOUGH
    • 3 OUNCES SLICED PASTRAMI
    • 2 TABLESPOONS RUSSIAN SALAD DRESSING
    • 1/2 CUP SAUERKRAUT, DRAINED AND RINSED UNDER WATER
    • 3 OUNCES SHREDDED SWISS CHEESE


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400°.
    2. UNROLL PIZZA DOUGH. LAY SLICED PASTRAMI OVER TOP OF DOUGH, LEAVING 1/2" BORDER AROUND EDGES. SPREAD DRESSING OVER MEAT. SPREAD SAUERKRAUT OVER TOP OF DRESSING, SPRINKLE WITH SWISS CHEESE.
    3. ROLL UP LONG SIDE OF DOUGH, PINCH SEAMS TO SEAL. TUCK ENDS UNDER AND PINCH TO SEAL.
    4. PLACE SEAM SIDE DOWN ON A GREASED BAKING SHEET. WITH A SHARP SERRATED KNIFE, MAKE A SLIT ON TOP OF DOUGH. DO NOT CUT THROUGH. ( THIS ALLOWS ANY STEAM THAT HAS BUILT UP TO ESCAPE)
    5. BAKE IN BOTTOM THIRD OF OVEN 20 TO 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. CUT INTO QUARTERS..
    6. 4 SERVINGS

    YOU CAN ALSO USE FROZEN UNBAKED WHITE BREAD DOUGH, OR IF YOU CAN FIND FROZEN PIZZA DOUGH YOU CAN USE THAT TOO.
