- 3 OUNCES SLICED PASTRAMI
- 2 TABLESPOONS RUSSIAN SALAD DRESSING
- 1/2 CUP SAUERKRAUT, DRAINED AND RINSED UNDER WATER
- 3 OUNCES SHREDDED SWISS CHEESE
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 400°.
- UNROLL PIZZA DOUGH. LAY SLICED PASTRAMI OVER TOP OF DOUGH, LEAVING 1/2" BORDER AROUND EDGES. SPREAD DRESSING OVER MEAT. SPREAD SAUERKRAUT OVER TOP OF DRESSING, SPRINKLE WITH SWISS CHEESE.
- ROLL UP LONG SIDE OF DOUGH, PINCH SEAMS TO SEAL. TUCK ENDS UNDER AND PINCH TO SEAL.
- PLACE SEAM SIDE DOWN ON A GREASED BAKING SHEET. WITH A SHARP SERRATED KNIFE, MAKE A SLIT ON TOP OF DOUGH. DO NOT CUT THROUGH. ( THIS ALLOWS ANY STEAM THAT HAS BUILT UP TO ESCAPE)
- BAKE IN BOTTOM THIRD OF OVEN 20 TO 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. CUT INTO QUARTERS..
