    List of Ingredients


    • 2 CUPS CHOPPED BROCCOLI FLORETS, STEAMED
    • 1/2 CUP SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
    • 2 TABLESPOONS GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
    • 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS FRESH BASIL CHOPPED
    • 1 1/2 TEASPOONS FRESH THYME MINCED
    • 1 1/2 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
    • DASH FRESHLY GROUND BLACK PEPPER
    • DASH OF SALT
    • 4 OUNCE FRENCH BREAD


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375°.
    2. IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE THE BRROCCOLI, CHEESES, BASIL, THYME, GARLIC, PEPPER AND SALT. SET ASIDE.
    3. SPLIT THE FRENCH BREAD LENGTHWISE ALMOST ALL THE WAY THROUGH, KEEPING BREAD INTACK. SPREAD OPEN AND FILL WITH THE MIXTURE. WRAP IN FOIL.
    4. BAKE UNTIL THE CHEESE IS MELTED, APPROXIMATELY 20 TO 25 MINUTES. CUT THE LOAF CROSSWISE INTO 4 PIECES.
    5. 2 SERVINGS
