    • 2 1/4 CUPS FROZEN BLUEBERRIES
    • 1/4 CUP WATER
    • 2 TABLESPOONS BALSAMIC VINEGAR
    • 1/2 TEASPOON CINNAMON
    • 1/2 TEASPOON NUTMEG
    • 1/3 CUP SUGAR
    • 1/4 TEASPOON GROUND CLOVES


    Instructions


    1. IN A SAUCEPAN OVER LOW HEAT, MIX BLUEBERRIES, WATER, VINEGAR, CINNAMON, NUTMEG, SUGAR AND CLOVES.
    2. SIMMER STIRRING OCCASIONALLY FOR APPROXIMATELY 20 MINUTES. CAN BE SERVED HOT OR COLD
