THIS SAUCE IS GREAT SERVED OVER ICE CREAM, ANGELFOOD CAKE, POUND CAKES, PANCAKES, WAFFLES, FRENCH TOAST ETC.
List of Ingredients
- 2 CUPS FRESH STRAWBERRIES OR FROZEN
- 1/4 CUP HONEY
- 2 TABLESPOONS ORANGE JUICE
- 1 TEASPOON GRATED ORANGE PEEL OR LEMON
Instructions
- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A FOOD PROCESSOR OR BLENDER AND PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH. KEEP REFRIGERATED
- YIELDS: 2 CUPS
