- 1/3 CUP MAYONNAISE
- 1 TEASPOON FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 2 GARLIC CLOVES MINCED
Instructions
- IN A BOWL, COMBINE THE LEMON JUICE AND GARLIC, ADD THE MAYONNAISE AND MIX REAL WELL TO COMBINE. COVER AND REFRIGERATOR FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES.
- SERVE OVER STEAMED VEGETABLES OR CAN BE USED AS A DIP.
