- 2 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
- 2 TABLESPOONS CORNSTARCH
- 1 1/2 CUPS ORANGE JUICE
Instructions
- IN A 1 QUART SAUCEPAN, COMBINE THE SUGAR AND CORNSTARCH. GRADUALLY STIR IN THE ORANGE JUICE UNTIL MIXTURE IS SMOOTH. COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL THICKENED AND BUBBLY. POUR INTO A SERVING CONTAINER AND SET ASIDE TO COOL COMPLETELY AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. KEEP REFRIGERATED
- SERVE THIS OVER PANCAKES, WAFFLES, FRENCH TOAST OR OVER ICE CREAM.
