    • 2 CUPS BISQUICK
    • 1/2 CUP COARSELY CHOPPED ALMONDS
    • 1/3 CUP HEAVY CREAM OR HALF & HALF
    • 3 TABLESLPOONS SUGAR
    • 1/4 TEASPOON ALMOND EXTRACT
    • 1 LARGE EGG
    • MILK
    • 2 TABLESLPOONS COARSELY CHOPPED ALMONDS
    • SUGAR


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 425°. GREASE A COOKIE SHEET AND SET ASDIE.
    2. MIX BISQUICK, ALMONDS, HEAVY CREAM, SUGAR, ALMOND EXTRACT AND EGG UNTIL DOUGH FORMS.
    3. TURN ONTO A LIGHTLY DUSTED SURFACE WITH BISQUICK AND ROLL IN DOUGH TO COVER. SHAPE INTO A BALL AND KNEAD 10 TIMES.
    4. PAT INTO AN 8" CIRCLE ON A COOKIE SHEET, BRUSH WITH MILK AND SPRINKLE WITH ALMONDS AND SUGAR. CUT HALFWAY THROUGH INTO 8 WEDGES AND BAKE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ABOUT 12 MINUTES. SERVE WARM.
