    • 2 CUPS BISQUICK
    • 1/2 CUP CHOPPED PEELED APPLES
    • 3 TABLESPOONS PACKED BROWN SUGAR
    • 3/4 TEASPOON GROUND GINGER
    • 1/3 CUP PLUS 1 TABLESPOON MILK
    • 1 EGG
    • MILK
    • SUGAR


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 425°. GREASE COOKIE SHEETS AND SET ASIDE.
    2. MIX BISQUICK, APPLE, BROWN SUGAR, GINGER, MILK AND EGG UNTIL A DOUGH FORMS. LIGHTLY DUST WORK SURFACE WITH BISQUICK, TURN OUT DOUGH ONTO SURFACE AND SHAPE INTO A BALL AND KNEAD 10 TIMES.
    3. PAT DOUGH INTO AN 8" CIRCLE ON A COOKIE SHEET AND BRUSH WITH MILK AND SPRINKLE WITH SUGAR. CUT INTO 8 WEDGES.
    4. BAKE ABOUT 14 MINUTES OR UNTIL PUFFED AND GOLDEN BROWN.
    5. 8 SCONES
