    List of Ingredients


    • 1 CUP FLOUR
    • 1/2 CUP INSTANT OATS
    • 2 TABLESPOONS BAKING POWDER
    • 3 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
    • 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
    • 3 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
    • 1/2 CUP BLUEBERRIES
    • 2 BEATEN EGGS
    • 1/4 CUP SOUR CREAM
    • 1/4 CUP 1/2 AND 1/2


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375°.
    2. IN A LARGE BOWL, MIX THE FLOUR, OATS, BAKING OWDER, SUGAR AND SALT. CUT IN THE BUTTER UNTIL MIXTURE RESEMBLES FINE CRUMBS , ADD THE BLUEBERRIES, BEATEN EGGS, SOUR CREAM AND MILK. STIR UNTIL THE BATTER IS JUST MOISTENED.
    3. TURN OUT ONTO A LIGHTLY FLOURED SURFACE AND ROLL OUT TO 1/2" THICKNESS. CUT INTO DESIRED SHAPES AND BAKE FOR 12 TO 15 MINUTES.
    4. 6 SCONES
