- 15 LARGE SHRIMPS, PEELED AND DEVEINED
- 2 CUPS FLAVORED BREAD CRUMBS
- 8 RITZ CRACKERS CRUSHED
- 1 CUP MELTED BUTTER
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
- IN A MEDIUM BOWL, MIX TOGETHER BREAD CRUMBS, CRACKERS AND BUTTER UNTIL FIRM.
- SPLIT EACH SHRIMP DOWN THE MIDDLE, (BUT NOT ALL OF THE WAY THROUGH) IN HALF.
- USE ABOUT 2 TABLESPOONS OF BREAD CRUMB MIXTURE AND PLACE IN EACH SPLIT SHRIMP. BAKE FOR ABOUT 8 MINUTES OR UNTIL SHRIMP TURN PINK.
- DIP STUFFED SHRIMP IN MELTED BUTTER AND ENJOY.
