    List of Ingredients


    • 15 LARGE SHRIMPS, PEELED AND DEVEINED
    • 2 CUPS FLAVORED BREAD CRUMBS
    • 8 RITZ CRACKERS CRUSHED
    • 1 CUP MELTED BUTTER


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°.
    2. IN A MEDIUM BOWL, MIX TOGETHER BREAD CRUMBS, CRACKERS AND BUTTER UNTIL FIRM.
    3. SPLIT EACH SHRIMP DOWN THE MIDDLE, (BUT NOT ALL OF THE WAY THROUGH) IN HALF.
    4. USE ABOUT 2 TABLESPOONS OF BREAD CRUMB MIXTURE AND PLACE IN EACH SPLIT SHRIMP. BAKE FOR ABOUT 8 MINUTES OR UNTIL SHRIMP TURN PINK.
    5. DIP STUFFED SHRIMP IN MELTED BUTTER AND ENJOY.
