    CRAB ROCKEFELLER

    THIS MAKES A GREAT CRAB APPETIZER.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
    • 2 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
    • 1 1/3 CUPS MILK
    • 1/2 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE GRATED
    • 1/2 CUP FROZEN CHOPPED SPINACH, DEFROSTED AND WELL DRAINED
    • 1/2 POUND CRAB MEAT
    • 1/2 CUP BUTTERED BREADCRUMBS


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375°.
    2. MELT BUTTER IN A HEAVY SAUCEPAN. WHISK IN THE FLOUR AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTE. WHISK IN MILK AND COOK AN ADDITIONAL 20 MINUTES. ADD CHEESE AND STIR UNTIL WELL BLENDED. ADD SPINACH AND CRAB MIXING WELL TO COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS.
    3. PLACE IN SMALL INDIVIDUAL CASSEROLE DISHES. TOP WITH BUTTERED BREADCRUMBS AND BAKE 15 MINUTES. SERVE WARM
