- 1/8 TEASPOON RED PEPPER SAUCE
- 3 POUNDS CLEANED RAW SHRIMPS
- 8 OUNCE CAN SLICED WTER CHESTNUTS, DRAINED
- 1 LARGE GREEN PEPPER CUT INTO RINGS
- 1 TABLESPOON FINELY CHOPPED ONION
- 1/2 TEASPOON EACH, SALT AND DRIED TARRAGON LEAVES
Instructions
- FORM A PAN, 11 X 11 X 1/2" FROM A DOUBLE THICKNESS HEAVY DUTY ALUMINUM FOIL.
- PLACE MARGARINE, GARLIC SALT AND PEPPER SAUCE IN PAN, PLACE ON GRILL 4 TO 6 INCHES FROM MEDIUM COALS UNTIL MARGARINE IS MELTED, REMOVE PAN FROM GRILL AND ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS. COVER PAN WITH PIECES OF HEAVY DUTY ALUMINUM FOIL, SEALING EDGES WELL.
- GRILL UNTIL SHRIMP IS DONE, ABOUT 20 MINUTES.
