- 1 LEMON
- 1 CUP SUGAR
- 3 CUPS MILK
- 1/2 CUP FRESH LEMON JUICE
- 1/2 CUP WATER
- 1/8 OR PINCH OF SALT
Instructions
- CAREFULLY PEEL RIND FROM LEMON,(DO NOT INCLUDE ANY OF THE WHITE PITH.
- IN A FOOD PROCESSOR, ADD THE RIND AND SUGAR, PROCESS UNTIL RIND IS MINCED. POUR INTO A BOWL. ADD THE MILK, LEMON JUICE, SALT AND WATER TO SUGAR MIXTURE STIRRING WELL.
- POUR INTO AN ELECTRIC ICE CREAM MAKER AND FREEZE ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURERS DIRECTIONS. SPOON INTO FREEZER SAFE CONTAINER AND FREEZE AT LEAST ONE HOUR BEFORE SERVING.
