    • 1 LEMON
    • 1 CUP SUGAR
    • 3 CUPS MILK
    • 1/2 CUP FRESH LEMON JUICE
    • 1/2 CUP WATER
    • 1/8 OR PINCH OF SALT


    Instructions


    1. CAREFULLY PEEL RIND FROM LEMON,(DO NOT INCLUDE ANY OF THE WHITE PITH.
    2. IN A FOOD PROCESSOR, ADD THE RIND AND SUGAR, PROCESS UNTIL RIND IS MINCED. POUR INTO A BOWL. ADD THE MILK, LEMON JUICE, SALT AND WATER TO SUGAR MIXTURE STIRRING WELL.
    3. POUR INTO AN ELECTRIC ICE CREAM MAKER AND FREEZE ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURERS DIRECTIONS. SPOON INTO FREEZER SAFE CONTAINER AND FREEZE AT LEAST ONE HOUR BEFORE SERVING.
