- 1 TEASPOON SALT
- 3 TEASPOONS SUGAR
- 3/4 CUPS HEAVY CREAM OR LIGHT CREAM
- 2 TO 3 TEASPOONS CORNSTARCH
- 1/4 STICK SWEET BUTTER
Instructions
- COOK CORN AND BUTTER IN A LARGE STOCKPOT IN A SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER. ADD SALT, SUGAR AND HEAVY CREAM. BRING TO A BOIL AND THICKEN WITH A MIXTURE OF CORNSTARCH AND A LITTLE HEAVY CREAM MIXING WELL.
