DELISH POTATO CASSEROLE
List of Ingredients
- 1 LB FROZEN HASH BROWN POTATOES
- 1/4 CUP MELTED MARGARINE OR BUTTER
- 1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONION
- 1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
- 1 CUP SOUR CREAM
- 1 CUP SHREDDED CHEESE
Instructions
- COMBINE ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL. POUR INTO PREPARED CASSEROLE DISH.
- COMBINE 1 CUP CRUSHED CORN FLAKES AND 1 TABLESPOON MELTED BUTTER OR MARGARINE BLENDING WELL.
- SPRINKLE OVER THE TOP COVERING COMPLETELY.
- BAKE 45 MINUTES.
- IF THERE IS NOT ENOUGH OF CORN FLAKE TOPPING, TRY DOUBLE THE RECIPE. I DO AND LOVE EVERY BIT.
